Is it worth €1,490?

It is a big sum, and we would not recommend it to everybody. For a family of five, the price is about €300 per person before discount. For two adults and one child, it is much more per head. What to prepare before you book

Collect the full names and ages of the children, and think about clothing sizes. Decide who pays and agree it in advance. Check the hotel pick-up location and be sure the elf can reach you easily. Think about food and naps: a two-and-a-half-hour experience in the afternoon can clash with a toddler's sleep, so choose a time slot that suits your child.
