Le rituel en 7 \u00e9tapes \u2014 en particulier le passage du sauna br\u00fblant au bain froid \u2014 nous a laiss\u00e9s avec une sensation de v\u00e9ritable remise \u00e0 z\u00e9ro, pas seulement de chaleur.<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est plus petit, donc vous n&#8217;avez pas \u00e0 vous frayer un chemin parmi des dizaines de personnes. Le public \u00e9tait plut\u00f4t local.
