We\u2019ve done this crossing for weekend trips, family visits, and just because the boat itself is worth it. But there are enough quirks and gotchas that first-timers reliably get surprised.<\/p>\n<p>This guide covers the <strong>Finland to Sweden ferry<\/strong> routes from both ends: the Helsinki\u2013Stockholm crossing (the longer, more famous one) and the Turku\u2013Stockholm route (faster, more flexible, our personal favourite). Book a cabin \u2014 sleeping on deck chairs is miserable. Both routes are good value with cabin + breakfast included.
