Food is better value than almost anywhere else we\u2019ve eaten on the continent. In July, Krak\u00f3w averages around 22\u201325 \u00b0C \u2014 warm enough to enjoy a terrace, not hot enough to be miserable. The Tatras rarely push above 20 \u00b0C even in peak summer. The Baltic coast is cool and breezy.
